Company recently ventured into commercial development by promoting an SPV in the name of Surya Treasure Island Private Limited for the development and construction of one of the Largest Multiplex-cum-Shopping Mall, in the State of Chhattisgarh, adjacent to its Surya Vihar Colony, having a total area of around 0.75 Million sq.ft. The project entails development of an integrated market complex consisting of Retail shopping mall, Food Court, Four Screen Multiplex, Office Space and Star Category Hotel.
